There are several benefits of creating an Account, including:

Click on 'Forgot Password’, enter your email address and click on ‘Reset My Password’.

Select your products from the khaadi.com website and click
Add
to Bag.
Once you have added all your desired items to your Shopping Bag,
follow
these instructions:
If you are a registered customer
Make sure you are signed in using the Sign In
link.
Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout.
Select address and click Next.
Select payment method.
Proceed to checkout.
Check your email for a Sales Order Summary.
If you are not a registered customer,
Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to checkout.
Enter all your required shipping and billing information.
Proceed to
checkout.
Check your email for a Sales Order Summary.
Click on the search icon on the top right of the website.
Enter the item code you are looking for and press Enter on your
keyboard.
Size charts are available for all products listed on our website.
The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. However, if your Order has not been Processed, you can cancel it and place a new Order. Click on the Track Your Order link to check the status of your Order.

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting Customer Care at 0800 0418724 or emailing us at customerservice@weavesgroup.com. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.
Online Exchange & Returns
For online purchases: You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order. You can register returns online by simply following the steps below:
1. Click on the Return portal https://returns.khaadi.com/.
2. Enter your order number and postal code to log in.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return along with the return reason.
4. Select the carrier; pick-up and drop-off availability will be based on the carrier chosen. Please note that charges for the selected carrier will be deducted from your refund.
5. A return label will be generated based on your carrier selection, and instructions will be sent via email.
6. Drop off your parcel at the nearest drop-off point for the selected carrier or arrange for a pickup following the carrier's instructions.
7. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed and your refund is initiated.
For in-store purchases: You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Refunds can be processed at Khaadi store only where the same product category is available. Fabrics and home are not eligible for refunds.
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Receipt is required.
Upon arrival of your return parcel you will be notified by email. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at customerservice@weavesgroup.com. Additionally, allow an extra 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that the refund amount may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Returns are not applicable on redelivery or refund after 14 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
For online purchases: You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Ready To Wear to be exchanged at a Khaadi store only where the same product category is available. Fabrics are not eligible for exchange. For sale items you have 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for
original purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two
billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
In-Store Returns
For in-store purchases: You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Refunds can be processed at Khaadi store only where the same product category is available. Fabrics are not eligible for refunds.
For in-store purchases: You have 14 days from the purchase date. Items to be exchanged at a Khaadi store where the same product category is available.
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for
original purchase.
You must have the credit card receipt to evidence the RRN number which
is required by the banking authorities to process any refund.
